Sized for your house, not guessed.

  • A furnace that's too big runs in short bursts and wears out early. One that's too small can't keep up when it's well below zero. We look at your home's size, insulation, windows and ductwork before we recommend a size.

Clear options and a written quote.

  • We install Goodman furnaces. We'll go over efficiency levels, single-stage vs two-stage or variable speed, and what each means for comfort and your gas bill. You'll get a written quote before any work starts.

Installation Day.

  • We remove the old furnace, set the new one, connect the gas, venting, condensate drain, wiring, and thermostat and check the ductwork connections. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote and clean up when we're done.

Start-up and walkthrough.

  • We fire it up, test it, check safe operation, and show you how to use the thermostat and change the filter. We'll go over your Goodman Warranty and how to register it.

Grand Forks winters are hard on furnaces. Long stretches below zero mean your system runs more hours than one in a milder climate, so sizing, venting and airflow matter a lot here. A good install isn't just a new box in the basement. It's making sure the whole system can keep up on the coldest night of the year. If some rooms never warm up, the air is dry all winter or a tight newer home feels stuffy, we can look at the whole picture while we're there: ductwork, a whole home humidifier or an air exchanger.
